Item to fireproof plants.

I don't know how well read these suggestion forums are, I feel like this idea feel through the cracks really quickly. I know people are still talking about griefers a lot because it's just a bit too easy to be one as of now.

 

Why not make a somewhat easily craftable item that fireproofs plants (making so you can't dig them up either), I know it sort of steps on the foot of the lightning rod and realism but the issue really needs to be tackled, and this is the obvious answer.

 

In a pvp server you can destroy buildings and maybe not even make the fireproof item, in a non pvp server you can't destroy people's buildlings unless you placed it? However you want to spin it, I think this or something like this needs to be done.
