Need Help on an Item

I'm going to start by saying I do not know anything about coding with lua. I basically want to make a food item to go along with my character.  The food I want is to be craftable in the Food tab, but I have no idea how to make it craftable or even make the item. Again, I do not know much about lua, but thank you in advance for helping.
