Issue Title: Wave variant of /bye emote is missing arm if an item is equipped

Issue Description: /bye and its aliases have two possible animations-- one is a wave, and the other makes a fist. The wave works fine when you have no items equipped, but equipping something hides the arm.

Steps to Reproduce: Equipping a spear and using /bye until you get the one where your character waves, rather than making a fist.
