Issue Title: Client only - Pengull Ice does not appear for Client

Issue Description: The client is unable to see the ice spawned by Pengull camps. The host is able to see the ice correctly.

Both characters are able to see the Pengulls and the eggs they produce, only the ice is affected.

Extra Information -

The Pengulls decided to make their camp on top of our makeshift camp. I (the host) noticed the ice after both the client and I had returned from a food gathering trip. The Pengulls had stopped moving at our camp before we headed off, thus we assumed that the Pengulls would set up camp nearby. The Pengulls appeared after the client had previously spawned them by walking near the sea.

The host was able to see the ice throughout the whole of winter whereas the client was unable to see it at all.

*This issue occurred with every Pengull camp we encountered, not just the one which appeared in our base.*

Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshots of the issue and the server has since been deleted.

Steps to Reproduce: Frequency: Once thus far

1. Have two players load into a server

(It was locked at two players and had friends only enabled)

2. Play until winter is about to approach

3. Have the client spawn a Pengull camp by walking close to the sea until they jump out of the water

4. Follow the Pengulls to their camp

5. Have both players observe the Pengull camp

(No ice will be visible for the Client)

I can confirm having the same issue. Others (hosts) can see pengull ice, I cannot, as a client.
I rarely host with the lower end pc I have.

Ditto, noticed penguins jumping after their eggs in an area without their usual ice sheet.
