Issue Title: The client using Parallels Desktop crashes every time I'm trying to connect to a server

Issue Description: Hi Don't Starve Together Developers,

First of all, I apprieciate that you've developed such an exciting game! My wife and I are really enjoying the game.

However, we have a serious problem: my client using Parallels Desktop crashes every time I'm trying to connect to a server(I can host a game from my Macbook, but my wife and friends are annoyed by lag).

Please help me play Don't Starve Together with my wife and friends!

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Host a game from Windows PC

2. Connect the game from Mac using Parallels Desktop:

- Windows 7 Professional K 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.140303-2144)

- Parallels Desktop 10.0.2 (27712)

- Mac OS X Yesemite 10.10.1(14B25)

- MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013)
