Issue Description: While playing online with some friends I died and decided to haunt a rhino to mess with them. After haunting the rhino, it decided to chase me and when I got to a corner of a map it pushed me out of bounds from the map. When using a Telltale Heart, it revives me out of bounds of the map still. The included picture shows me being a ghost above my body after being revived from the item. Steps to Reproduce: Die so you become a ghost. Haunt a rhino to aggro it. After getting aggro of the rhino, go to a corner of a map to have it charge you and end up pushing you out of bounds from the map. Wonder around the mass of water without any way of getting back on land.
