Issue Title: Black player names in chat on Klei Dedicated Servers

Issue Description: As the title says, for some reason - many players on, at least the dedicated server I've been playing on - the Amazon East 24 population server - have been having issues with this today after the server reset a while earlier.

I will say first off: This did not happen once last night during my approximate 6 or 7 ish hours of playtime on the server at all so I'm not sure if it happened only after the reset earlier today or what but:

Basically what the issues is, when you press the TAB button to view the players on the server, some people's names will not even appear, and some people's will like normal, with the different colors and such.

Also whenever anyone affected by the hard to read black text for their name whenever they type anything in chat types - it's very hard to read who is typing what - on the light colored savannah grass it's still somewhat readable, although still pretty hard to see - but on certain backgrounds, it's extremely hard to read at all. i.e. the dark green grass and also the swamp tiles. Furthermore, when it's nighttime, and you are even around a fire, the chat is in the bottom left, so it usually shows up in the blackness of the night, so you can't even see any of the player names in chat AT ALL, although you can still see what's typed since the text for that is always white.

I would also like to note - that whenever you try to mouseover anyone that has the black text for their name, no name appears at all, but if they are off screen a ways, and you mouse over their little player icon circle offscreen indicator, their name appears, but in black text.

Oh, also as well - anyone with the black text for their name also didn't have any text come up over their head whenever they typed anything and you could see them onscreen - further making it hard to see who was typing what.

Steps to Reproduce: I was simply playing on the server. I noticed it immediately when I logged on - and as I stated before - this was NOT happening yesterday/last night when I was playing. People had grey names and such oftentimes, but you could still clearly read their name in the chat log, mouse over their character and read their name, and see their overhead chat.

I would also like to note that I've noticed a lot more server instability while playing on the server today - i.e. a lot more rubber banding, mass serverwide and not client side lags (I know it's serverwide because whenever I get it, there are multiple complaints about it in chat). So could be related to server issues?

Also I would like to note, that while I was playing last night - the capacity of the server was usually at least 20+ or full with 24, so the average amount of people on the server isn't much different.

I forgot I was going to post this. But I noticed the same issues, the black-colored names are broken-looking.

I've seen this every so often on Maxwell's Playground. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to when it happens, just at random.

Woohoo guys! Was fixed last night in the 12/17 hotfix, like, less than an hour after I posted this haha. I'm sure they were well aware of it. glad it's fixed!!!
