Issue Title: Items In Backpack Don't Refresh

Issue Description: Durability values and counts of items in backpack didn't update properly. Taking things out of backpack sometimes fixed the problem.

This occurred shortly before a potentially related issue, in which I couldn't drop some logs I was carrying into any slot.

Potentially related issue: Can't swap items anymore

Steps to Reproduce: Wandering about shortly after joining an official server, I found a backpack full of rocks, picks, axes and other various junk.

Sometimes the picks and axes showed their durability, other times they didn't. It seemed to depend on when they were transferred to my main inventory.

The rocks in the backpack started at a count of 12. When I picked up more rocks, they went into the backpack, but the count remained 12. I picked up 3 rocks total, and the count was still 12. When I moved the rocks to my main inventory, the 12 rocks became 15 rocks.

I suspect this is either a missing invalidation after a change, or a network issue preventing me from getting the correct updates, due to items belonging to someone else, since they were in his backpack.
