Issue Title: Client hangs when joining a survival server creating a new world

Issue Description: Client hangs when joining a survival server which is generating a new world, which you had previously died in.

Pretty strait forward this one, the world appears to be created, you get the world creating screen for a bit but then when it switches to the black loading screen it just hangs. This happened when connecting to one of the Klei dedicated servers. I think it was the Singapore server.

I have managed to reproduce the issue on a user created server but it appears to hang on the character select screen instead of the loading screen on the user created servers.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Connect to a survival server.

2. Die, but have someone else connected so the world does not immediately rest.

3. Get that person to die.

4. Connect to the server while the new world is being generated.

5. Enjoy your hanging black loading screen of death. Or optionally your hanging character select screen.
