Issue Title: Steam-Join Server loop

Issue Description: I tried to join a server from Steam friends list and ended up in a loop. I had to close the game and restart it to do anything. See steps.

I took screenshots, but I think the steps describe it fine. Screens are just black with the message as I describe below.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Do not open the game. Open Steam friends list and "Join Game" while friend is in a password-protected modded server.

2. DST opens as usual. I click "login".

3. Game attempts to join the server. First screen tells me "Friends Only: Attempted to join a 'friends only' server but you're not friends with the host. Friendship is not a transitive property." I click ok.

4. Screen now tells me "Mods Enabled" etc. I click cancel.

5. Screen now tells me "Server Requires Password" etc. I click cancel.

6. Sometimes this takes several clicks. Return to step 4 and loop begins. I can't go back to the server list screen.

•Temporarily disabled Steam “join on friend” feature

•Fixed incompatible version filtering

•Talking no longer cancels bush hat

So it was likely caused by the disabling of "join on friend".

I think he might've turned that off due to my bug, not the other way around. The servers seem to be down now, trying to login brings me (and several other people) to "Create an Account" screen.
