Issue Title: Launch kills video signal

Issue Description: Ran into an issue. I was playing with resolutions, fullscreen vs. windowed, etc. I don't remember exactly what I changed it to.

What happened is that now whenever I launch the game, my monitor goes blue and says NO SIGNAL (I have a VIZIO display, no problems with any other steam games). The game launches and I hear the music, but I have to do a hard reboot of my PC because the monitor loses the video signal.

I tried:

- Uninstalling the game and reinstalling

- Using config parameters like -windowed, etc

- launching the exe outside of Steam

- Run as administrator

Nothing. Then I tried deleting the two txt files in the game's settings folder within My Docs.

Then, whenever I try to launch the game, it just crashes Steam. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Now it works!

Just wanted to let you know about the bug because I almost permanently ended my relationship with Invisible Inc over it.

Steps to Reproduce: I don't remember what I did in the resolution settings, but it wasn't anything crazy.
