JonathanEpp Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 Bug Submission: Category: General Platform: PC Issue Title: EMP Device Doesn't Lower Guard's Shield Issue Description: I used an EMP device to remove a guard's firewall shield, instead guard's shield became inaccessible from the mainframe (gave three turn cool down notice for effect from mainframe screen) but shield was still active. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use EMP device in vicinity of guard with firewall shield. 2.
