Issue Title: [Camera sight/Turret Sight]Watched but can't view from where

Issue Description: See screenshot for positions.

peeking at this door while its open should reveal what is watching the door tile.

To be sure it wasn't the guard, I made him move.

I was very surprised when moving my mouse over the tile and not telling its noticed or watched. Then I moved on the tile ... and nothing happens ...
