Bug Submission: <br /><br />Category: Gameplay<br />Platform: PC<br />Issue Title: Portable server cannot be given to other agents<br />Issue Description: I bought Portable server 2 which requires hacking skill 3 to deploy with Shalem who had hacking skill lvl 1. When I tried to hand it over to another agent with adequate lvl, I couldn't, and could not deploy it either. even when the agent has enough hacking lvl, it can only be deployed and picked up and not directly given to other agents.<br />Steps to Reproduce: Purchase portable server with an agent<br />
