Issue Title: Camera glitches are not permitting me to see the screen

Issue Description: The campaign worked great for one or two missions.

One of my characters died at some point during those missions so I usually abandoned them.

I then kept restarting new campaigns until I got the hang of things. Then the camera glitches out every mission. It goes to the center and makes it nigh on impossible to see anything. It was working fine before. Now it is unplayable. Any tips?

Steps to Reproduce: 1) Launch a game in story mode.

2) Pick any mission.

3) Camera goes to center of map making game unplayable if characters are not in the center of the map at the start. Forget about rotating the camera either. It doesn't help.
