A modder to help with a character, please

So basically i have been searching for someone to make a character because i am garbage at making mods  The character is based off a Manga/Game called Inazuma Eleven

I can buy someone like a small game or something in return since i don't have much money but there is always games on sale so if someone makes this i will get you a game in return if that is any consolation :/

I wish I could do it as well, maybe Klei or someone with permission could make some sort of cheap service (or free ( where you can get  custom made characters. Or just a character creator would be nice , something simple.
