Do we have an option to change world settings when jumping to new worlds?

I want to adjust some things a bit and try new strategies, but I really don't want to lose my Krampus Sack on my current toon.

Right now you only can change character after using Teleportato. We tried suggesting ability to change world generation settings after Teleportato, but sadly it was not implemented.

I guess I have no other options than making a new character then.
