Trying to tweak some values ''help please''

Hello,

 

I'm trying to tweak some settings and i've been searching in the config files fr over an hour now.

I'm trying to change the number of days per seasons for ''short and long seasons'' only.

I want to make them very short and/or very long.

 

I also want to change the number of uses it takes with gold tools, so that it takes slightly less hits to chop down trees/boulders.

 

And lastly, is there a way to make specific enemies only spawn in specific biomes?

p.s.- If i change the tuning.lua it only changes settings for vanilla don't starve? and i need to change the tuning.lua in the DLC0001 folder if i want to changes settings in RoG only, correct?
