Cursor color?

I may be alone in this, but would it be possible to change your mouse cursor's color to something other than white?

 

It's generally not a problem, but I sometimes find myself going snow blind in the winter when it's snowing. I'll lose the cursor among the snowflakes and usually end up clicking near something that I meant to attack and instead end up leading with my face; often with disastrous results.

 

Maybe it's meant to be that way, but having the option to change the cursor color for the different seasons would be nice.
