[Mod Request/idea] Cole MacGrath from inFAMOUS

Just thought of this. I don't have any skill or knowledge about modding, but I thought Cole could make a very cool character.

 

(Cant say any actual numbers, I've yet to think them through)

Sanity would be higher than average,

Average hunger,

A bit less health.

 

If struck by a lightning, he regains health, sanity and hunger.

 

He starts with The AMP. It works as a melee weapon, and glows in the Dark, emitting light as strong as miners hat. However, it's not unlimited, and it only recharges when Cole is hit by a lightning. (If possible)

 

During winter, he has a bit bigger resistance to cold.

 

He takes damage from the rain, and can not pick up gunpowder, if he tries, it blows up instantly. (If that's possible.)
