Mvisioning
Hi there. I am quite experienced with photoshop and graphics design, so this isn't me being stupid with my gif exporting. My template was saved as a gif, once with interlacing and once without. both resulted in white boxes. With the textool, I have tried 2d, which crashes my game, and 1d which gives me these white boxes. Everything else is working perfectly fine. Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong? TheDanaAddams
GIF is your problem. You need to use PNG format. GIF supports transparency, yes, but the converter clearly does not support GIF. GIF is really quite primitive. PNG is much better quality.Really, all GIF is good for is little animated loops of cats doing silly things. Mvisioning
I tried both png and gif, I actualy tried png before gif, I'm not sure why I said gif in my question. But yeah, the screen shot was actually taken from the time I tried png. TheDanaAddams
if you have an alpha channel handling transparency, with non-transparent pixels in the areas cleared by alpha mask, that may be causing an issue with the converter. If that's not the case, I'm afraid I don't know.
