Mouseover?

Before I file an official bug report I want to make sure that it was not just an intended change in gameplay.

 

Anyway - I get no name when I mouseover things.  Not holding alt, ctrl, shift, anything.  Alt+click examines, but unless they say "green fungus" or I can physically see it, I have no idea what the name of it is.

 

I'm going to disable a few mods to see if that is the issue, but I was just a bit confused and assumed it had something to do with controller support being added more than a bug, and I don't want to waste time if someone has already said that it was removed intentionally.

 

Anywho, off to do some mod testing to see if I can nail the issue down or if it is a mod at all.

Edit: After disabling every mod it worked.  I then re-enabled every mod I have one by one, and even fired up the save file in question and it worked.  I have no idea why I was not getting a mouseover at one point, and then now I am.  Oh well, if I can figure out how to replicate it I'll file a bug report.  Anyone else having this issue would be advised to disable all mods and enable them one by one again, and if you can figure out what the trigger is file a bug report.
