how to enable the mod to enable every time when i open the don`t starve without klicking at "Mods" button in main menu?

First open your Don't Starve game directory (where you installed the game)

then open mods folder and open modsettings.lua with notepad.
And type the following:

ForceEnableMod("your mod's folder name here")

And close and save it. 
Your mod will auto-load.
P.S.:I still dunno how to separate multiple mods but it'll be easy, i think ;>

but i don't have modsetting.lua!

The file "modsettings.lua" can be found in your "dont_starve/mods" folder. It begins with these lines:

-- Use the "ForceEnableMod" function when developing a mod. This will cause the-- game to load the mod every time no matter what, saving you the trouble of-- re-enabling it from the main menu.---- Note! You shout NOT do this for normal mod loading. Please use the Mods menu-- from the main screen instead.

This really says all you need to know. If you need more explanation, you probably also need an introduction to modding, which you can find here. Keep in mind that the later part of this post concerns DST.
