I put on my card (Visa) 300 rubles, complete a form, push buy, and Google wrote "This credit card is declined. Choose another payment method or contact the card issuer to confirm this purchase." What's the problem? May roubles need to be translated into U.S. Dollars? Or a problem in the other?I beg help!
