Steam Saves; to cloud or not to cloud

Currently the game requires an internet connection to have your save, which is honestly a downside in its own right as offline mode is pretty great.

However, that's not what this is about, this is about how steam cloud doesn't always sync and you sometimes lose your save. I propose that instead you have an option to either save to cloud or save to that handy save folder in the game's files.
