I'm bored waiting for the next beta to drop and I came up with this idea a few days ago and felt like sharing it.

For my idea, I think a special variant of nightmare fuel that makes whatever item its used to fuel no longer have durability could be neat. This means infinite magi, infinite lazy forager, infinite night light, and infinite bone armor. This effect on its own is pretty underwhelming for whats meant to be the final boss of the shadow rifts, so perhaps it could have an extra effect where it buffs the item in a specific way, such as lowering bone armor's cooldown, increasing magi's light and speed, increasing how fast the forager picks up items (maybe even let it auto harvest plants).

This would also work for the thurible, and I think it'd be cool if when used on the thurible, it would attract shadow creatures and cause them to fight alongside you. I've always like the idea of allied shadow creatures, and this would make an otherwise underused/niche item into a potentially very strong dps item, especially if crawling horrors and terrorbeaks got new planar shadow rift forms. It'd fit with celestial scion dropping a resource that is used to upgrade the final pre-rift boss' special drop, though unlike the jewels it'd actually have more than 1 use.

Maybe a new item that needs a lot more nightmare fuel(and much stronger) can be another choice.The nightmare fuel is very sufficient.so are the thunlecites.

Can we have a new fountain of knowledge that was polluted by this kind of shadow semi-fluid?
