Proposal:  Be able to declare one dupe the leader on a specific planetoid.

Effects:  All dupes on a planetoid with a leader gain +1 Morale for every tier 3 skill the leader has. (Hazmat digging doesn't count for/against).  The leader gains +5 Morale need and two abilities.  First, they can stop a stress response in it's tracks once per dupe per week at the cost of +10%/stress for 100s to themselves.   Second, any dupe within a medium radius of them gets a skill/efficiency boost, more effective if they're doing the same thing the leader is, as well as if the affected dupe is already at 0 stress.

 

Sometimes I get one dupe that sorta stands out from the rest overall and I figured it would be cool if I could somehow recognize them in-game more than just making them a really nice bedroom with their own bathroom.  Doing this would do so and make them need the really awesome bedroom.
