Help figuring out how to gain sanity when eating wet food :c

I'm making a raccoon mod because the ideas I had are some I'd actually enjoy playing and one was "eating only wet food" but I got told that was too busted so "gaining sanity when eating wet food" was my second choice but I have no idea where to even begin with doing that, a lot of the code I use is just from forums or other mods people use and I can't really find anything about this so could someone help ?
