What "Perch off" even means? You want ranch design? Killing room? Or what?

I went to the discord to see what it meant. by perch he means ranch that contains pips/hatches/or both combined together.

I guess he’s looking for critter hangouts more than utilitarian ranches.

I don’t see why blueprints is not allowed though
