BUG - I bought Hamlet on PS5 - Help!!!

Hello, I have bought DS Hamlet today and unfortunately the DS game no longer start on PS5.

It crashes immediately, during the first loading screen.

 

Has anyone encountered this error? Does Hamlet work on ps5?

Yeah, as far as I know, Hamlet worked fine the last time I played DS on PS5.
The game itself is full of bugs and crashes, but honestly, Hamlet feels like the least buggy DLC and might be the only playable area of the game! 

There might be a fix for your issue. This happened to me once when they added the last "update" my game wouldn't work and blue-screened every time I launched it. So I deleted my save file and started over. This somehow fixed the issue, but not entirely. The game still crashes later on, either randomly or every time I link the DLCs together.

Just make sure you have a backup save file either in the cloud or on a USB drive, just in case that doesn't fix it.

Update

I have resolved the issue.

It was necessary to delete my DS saved game file from ps5 storage data.

So I lost all progress and unlocked characters... 

Well at least it works again now.

Klei should fix this.
