Just thought I'd throw out a bunch of semi-related things I would love to see in the game, as a long-time player who continues to want more map options and late-game replayability. Some of these would be difficult to implement but probably shouldn't be gated behind a pack, so I would be more than happy to buy another cosmetic pack released alongside a major update with these changes. 1. I'd love to have way, way more Spaced Out cluster options. I like the moonlets, but once you've played them once, you know what the deal is, and Desolands punches way above its weight because it has oil, refined metal, and dreckos. An alternate moonlet cluster, balanced differently, would be awesome. It would also be awesome to able to build-my-own cluster out of planet-pack planets -- I'd love to be able to have the Aquatic, Prehistoric, and Frosty planetoids all next to each other (rather than remixed farther out). 2. I'd love to be able to enable Demolior and/or the Geo Vents on non-matching starts, so that I can experience those gameplay elements on more saves. 3. I'd love to be able to randomize the rare resources in the starmap. One of the really fun things about the first playthrough of Spaced Out was trying to figure out where all the rare resources were and not knowing. It would be awesome to have alternate versions so that the Ocean planet doesn't always have Graphite, the Magma planet doesn't always have Niobium, but instead you need to land on these planets and dig around to figure out what's there. 4. I'd love to see a huge buff to Insulite. Insulite is really fun to be able to play with, but unfortunately it's insanely difficult to mass produce, needing both absurd quantities of Reed Fiber and Isosap. Plus, because you need to build insulated pipes to use it, you need dozens or hundreds of tons of it to do anything interesting. I personally would have a lot more fun with cool Insulite builds late-game if it was easy to get a crapton of it, similar to how it's not too hard to mass-produce Thermium and Fullerene once you've unlocked them. I would recommend needing only 1 kg isosap and 1 reed fiber per 100kg insulite. This will unlock so much fun late game for all kinds of players! 5. I'd love to see a balance pass on geysers. Unfortunately, a few of the geysers produce so little output as to be basically useless -- I'm mostly thinking here of the Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide geysers, which produce less oxygen per cycle on average than basic, early-game machines. I think these geysers should create significantly more output, so that it might actually be worth using the output for something interesting.
