Game crush while using portation orb fragment in cave

I built a telelocator focus at ancient gateway.  Game crush when I use portation orb fragment to teleport to ancient gateway.  I also have telelocator focus at other places in cave, it works fine. 
 

Also, when I enter into or come out of cave, I’ll stuck in the loading screen then lost connection.
