The sanctum on old worlds is before the new update

Soo nothing have changed for my 800 days world and I wanted to kill pillar men

Hey, if you're lost and can't find the last room, try using the Waymark Compass. It really helps when you're stuck.
If you can't find any new items, you might need to kill the Fuelweaver again so the Sanctum resets.

There is not any compass and the last room is under building or somethin 

The sanctum is like it was last update

My game is updated to the current version and I'm unable to access the last room past the puzzle. The compass has also seemingly not generated. I've been to each room, including the one with the tables and it's not in the sanctum, or ancient archives.
