These guys don't get much love. Part of it is because they still have graffiti on it, but the other part is they eat 100kg sulfur/cycle but their poop is very mediocre (only 50kg/cycle of obsidian )

However, with the recent happiness changes, even wild critters can be happy too from the condo! Snails have almost the same molting mechanics as oakshells, requiring both happiness and well-fed. This means you can take advantage of wild critters' 25% metabolism while still getting full benefits of their molts. So each little guy here  consumes 25kg/cycle of sulfur and yields 10kg gold amalgam/cycle, much more reasonable than the 100kg/cycle to 10kg/cycle had I tamed them.
