Thermal Circuits should be able to keep Thermic Tools warm indefinitely

As it stands, the Thermal Circuit is one of the least useful Beta Circuits WX has access to. While they provide the benefit of increased drying speed and warmth for you and your teammates, allowing for improved survivability throughout Spring and Winter, there's little reason to keep the circuit on after Winter because it's one of the few circuits that has an active downside (in this case, spoiling your food faster). Because of this, outside of the first Winter, it's rarely utilized (becoming almost completely unused outside of Winter). Allowing this circuit to maintain the heat of Thermic Tools would give it another use, letting it rival the Refrigerant Circuit in usefulness by giving permanent access to powerful tools. (I also wouldn't mind if you had to drop the tool and utilize WX's AoE heating to maintain durability, to not give WX a no restrictions infinite durability tool accessible in the first Autumn, though I feel it would still be balanced as the circuit already naturally includes a downside and takes away 3 of your valuable Beta slots)

id say for specifically winter, you'd need 2 thermal circuits instead
