Apothecary recipies

With many new starting resource setups now you often end without having coal for the food poisoning cure and the rad pills. Why not use refined carbon in the recipies instead. You got alternate ways to get that one through the kiln, and the kiln is the same tech tier. Carbon has no uses outside making steel anyway.

For rad pills maybe salt would make more sense though. I got a salt water source in all my last games but i`m not sure if that`s guaranteed.
