Increase how far WX can jump onto boats/land while carrying heavy objects when buffed by super acceleration circuits

If you try to take something like a shell cluster onto a boat, the boat has to be as close as if you were a normal character, even if you have beta tinker 2 buffed super acceleration circuits plugged in. It makes transporting heavy items a little less convenient when using boats, and it feels weird not being able to jump very far despite the high movement speed WX has.
