Illumination and Acceleration circuit buffs for Warm Standby

Warm Standby is a really neat skill, however there's 2 main things about it that I think could be improved:

1) Make acceleration circuits increase the speed of Auto-Grabber drones. General move speed and/or picking time could both be improved and would be nice for early stages of the game before you unlock other beta circuits.

2) Increase the radius of light provided by illumination and super-illumination circuits. Chassis don't gain the cone of light granted by beta tinkering 2, and considering the cone is the entire reason the illumination circuits provide so little light, I think it'd be fair to increase the radius of light granted by chassis with Warm Standby active.
