Allow Auto-Grabbers to harvest lureplants and atrium vines, and let Auto-Grabber and Exploiterator drones be boosted by Rangebooster circuits

Both of these suggestions are made with the intent of automating things. Being able to harvest lureplants as soon as they grow meat would be really nice, as normally you might not realize they're ready until they're already almost spoiled, and while I still don't really get the point of the atrium vines, if you could at least automatically harvest the vines then it'd be an automatic source of minerals which would be kinda neat I guess. The rangebooster change also just makes sense, as it buffs every other drone's range and would allow for automation over even larger areas, which I think would be cool to play around with.

Perhaps they can also automatically collect the dried items in the Drying Rack?
