Paridox9000 Posted Saturday at 02:38 PM Share Posted Saturday at 02:38 PM In my opinion, the new shadow affinity is significantly more thematic with WX, and their insight tree as a whole, but as it currently stands, the drones are a bit more clunky compared to the prior iteration of WX's shadow affinity, while also being weaker numerically and practically. I personally would like to see some minor rebalancing to bring it up to it's former performance, without entirely reverting it. Even just speeding up the Exploiterator drones, increasing/removing their durability, and increasing their DMG boost to be in line with the old shadow tendril would go a long way to improve the affinity to be more in-line with it's prior form, though personally, I would like to see some of the flexibility the older shadow affinity had. I personally would like to see the drone counts increase per tier of shadow material, and maybe return the Possessed Atrium to being the "final" upgrade in the shadow slot. Maybe 3 drones for nightmare fuel, 5 with either the normal atrium, or pure horror, and maybe 7 drone slots for the Possessed Atrium, with the added flexibility of being able to use either Exploiterator or Auto-Grabber Drones (Also I miss the old shadow "explosion" that happened when you hit a marked enemy) 4 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/171166-shadow-affinity-drone-rework-suggestion/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
