Don't Starve Together stuck as background process

Hello

 

The game has worked normally since I started playing it aroun 2020, but today after closing the game and relaunching it an hour later, the game has become stuck as a background process and will not properly launch.

 

I have tried

- Verifying integrity of the files

- Reinstalling the game

- Updating my drivers

- Restarting my computer

- Restarting Steam

- Running as administrator

- Tried starting in 32-bit version

- Disabling Anti-Virus potentially blocking it

- Reinstalling DXSetup and VCRedist

 

I do not know what is causing this issue and am wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem recently
