The shadow vex could be more interesting

Just a flat damage buff isnt really interesting. It should have some sort of interesting condition.

 

For example, it could only affect lunar creatures, or it only applies the vex to mobs with 50% health remaining. A straight damage buff isnt really interesting.

Maybe the whip that applies vex could also damage and or stun enemies, it being only a visual effects is kinda sad.
