The one-minute cooldown is far too long. Outside of special use cases like taunt or damage-reflect builds, it’s hard to incorporate into regular combat.


If the block’s cooldown weren’t fixed at one minute, but instead scaled proportionally to the total damage blocked, players could weave it into standard kiting: block an unavoidable boss ability, then keep fighting with regular movement.


This would make the circuit genuinely practical, no longer dependent on teammates or special setups.


P.S. For now, I’d probably only use it as a temporary tool to repair the Snail Shell Helm using the Deconstruction Wand.
