Some tweaks and changes for circuits

Alpha circuits:
The only alpha circuit that need a buff right now is beanbooster, requiring a boss drop to craft especially a bee queen drop for the small health regen and a very slow and small shield while also taking 3 slots is not worth it currently.
I am not sure what buff would I give it but if anyone have any ideas what buff it could get, they can comment it.

Beta circuits:
Again the only circuit that need a buff is electrification circuit, because of hardy and new blocking circuits, the damage was nerfed.
I would make it the opposite of acceleration circuit, where it adds more damage the more electrification circuits wx78 have
for example: 15/20/25 damage instead of flat 15 damage increase, making "shocking" builds still viable.

Gamma circuits:
Blocking, Sonic-Invoker and Spin-Cycle circuits are not the best, being costly and not viable in most of the things they do.

1. Blocking circuit, the cooldown could be shorter, alot if it takes 4 slots and doesnt block 100% damage, alternatively it could function as a wigfrid shield where parrying would decrease the cooldown by a lot.

2. Sonic-Invoker, for naked nostrils, it does its job but while trying it, some creatures could still sometimes attack me even if they were scared for whatever reason, the only buff I can think of is giving it the ability to function even without doing the animation, plugging 2 of them or having the tinkering skill could make wx78 scare minions while moving. Alternatively it could also function as a hostile flare.

3. Spin-Cycle, for a boss drop in spring (wx78 most hated season) it does give axes a new use, but like everyone is saying, giving it aoe in both chopping trees and fighting would make it much better.

4. Redigestion, the nutribrick could attract more animals, be able to be fed to animals, throwing it into the ocean further from land could spawn fishes (bread), it could also be fed to animals in inventory to make them fresh, and feeding it to caked birds could make them make egg/random seed/poop.
I love redigestion circuit, but it needs more use cases.

reminder that beanbooster got super nerfed since the shield also scaled off of max hp, and since hardy circuits dont give as much hp the beanbooster by extension not only has near useless regen but also way less shield hp

it was doing so well this beta :((( it needs the upgraded regen back
