Reiko24
Currently kiting with this circuit is extremely clunky, making it impossible to target a creature that you are currently running away from. Controlling the circuit using the mouse should not only fix this issue, but also be a lot more fun because instead of using your WASD to move your character in a specific way to light something up, you can just easily use your mouse. 12 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170246-the-flashlight-circuits-beam-of-light-should-follow-the-mouse/ Share on other sites
Evelo
How would it work on controller? I've never used the controller before so idk if there is a cursor equivalent to that. 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170246-the-flashlight-circuits-beam-of-light-should-follow-the-mouse/#findComment-1855697 Share on other sites

Something would have to happen to make this idea work for them 2 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170246-the-flashlight-circuits-beam-of-light-should-follow-the-mouse/#findComment-1855704 Share on other sites
xhyom
Anything but that epileptic eyesore shaking on my screen, my eyes would be grateful. I'm sure that if I turned on that flashlight and ate a nightberry, I would have a seizure lol Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170246-the-flashlight-circuits-beam-of-light-should-follow-the-mouse/#findComment-1855713 Share on other sites
Sorceress2024
having settings for this would be nice, directional movemnent(current), mouse, and both of those but with lock on, where they follow the last thing you hit unless you press a specfic button/rigghtclick on wx, if a command wheels added then the toggle for the lock on could be in there. -Nick-
I think a better compromise is maybe the flashlight beam would lock onto whatever you are fighting. 4 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/170246-the-flashlight-circuits-beam-of-light-should-follow-the-mouse/#findComment-1855725 Share on other sites

HamBatWilson
I think instead of one big beam wx should get two slimmer ones.
