I think that Remote Backup should be 1 or 2 skills earlier, then moving the +1 backup skills after it. I think it would be more interesting to transfer between 1 backup, than it would be to have 3 on the map I may never use more than 1. Have the +2 other backups be the optional upgrade to the remote backup skill instead of the +2 backup skills being a skill sink to get to remote backup.

I also think that inhabited machines 1 should swap places with inhabited machines 2. I think that the revive skill should be the second in the line, and the safe inventory should be first. There's many ways to revive, however, there are no ways to keep your inventory safe and tidy when you die (unless shadow 2 Winona.)
