I got my delivery of the Wickerbottom YouTooz figure, but the code card it comes with seems to be misprinted. 

The code is upside-down relative to the rest of the text on the card, and turning it around and entering the code as it appears keeps returning an error. 

I'm not really sure who to contact about this.

Just to clarify, I used the code retrieval service on the beefalo plush, which is a merch item available at the official klei shop. For that, they have specific instructions that are written on the product page: "If you have trouble reading or scratching your code we can help. Please email indiebox@kleientertainment.com and include your order#, a photo of the tag code, and a typed version of as much as you can read and we will attempt to verify and send you the complete confirmed code." 

Since Youtooz is a completely different service altogether separate from IndieBox, it might be necessary to contact them (Never had issues with redeeming their codes so far, so I have no experience, and they don't list any instructions for faulty codes on the product page itself), though it doesn't hurt contacting Klei directly
