I really like the hitstreak theme of this armor set that incorporates it in an interesting way. The legs has reliable healing but also potential for very strong sustain if you play accordingly, the chest is a pretty unique piece that I just can't think of a use for right now, but I'm interested to see if anything else comes up in the future that can make use of it (aka boss armor)

The head is the one that I feel was not tested properly. On the description of this armor piece it says the following :
"On kill, end your hitstreak and deal damage to all targets hit during the hitstreak.
Hitstreak damage dealt : 200%"

Presumably, this means that for every enemy you've hit, they will receive 2 damage per hit of that hitstreak. Now this could be inaccurate, but personal testings do suggest similar results. Most numbers im getting from this are like 10-30, and for a skill that has a potentially negative effect of ending your hitstreak whenever you kill something, doing that amount of damage doesn't justify for anything really. This does refund a hit per target but why would you use this over torchfly head that not only is capable of getting back a much bigger hitstreak, but also doesn't interrupt your hitstreak whenever you kill something? So this armor is purely used for the damage really, and I don't know what you'll do with 2 digits of damage.
I feel like this armor needs to at least deal 10 damage/1hitstreak to be even worth using, and I'm running an acid build to go with it, that deals 100+ damage per tick. I think the part where it ends your hitstreak could just go, it's meant to synergize with the legs of this armor set but why not put it on the legs instead? It can probably use an even higher damage number if it's meant to reset your hitstreak on proc(e.g. 30/hitstreak), otherwise this armor piece feels like an actual negative modifier to have on your build.
