Night Lamps and pure horror

A person on reddit called u/PossibleGold45 made post named "low effort night light rework" but didn't specify what this rework should be. He just said that Pure Horror should have other effect than Nightmare Fuel.
So, here's my ideas for rework:

First idea: always New Moon around it, when Pure Horror gets inside the Night Lamp, its radius start emit a New Moon aura, causing everything around it start acting like during New Moon;

Second Idea: opposite moon phase, for example if on world is Full Moon then around Night Lamp (fuled with Pure Horror) is effect of New Moon and when you had New Moon around Night Lamp you have Full Moon;

This rework could be handy for farming Shadow Peaces or (with option two) Glommer if the Night Lamp stands near his statue, and Werepigs if it stand in pig vilige.

But, to balance this, I suggest sanity aura should be -15 or -20 /minute in it's radious or had shorter range and time of working.
