The balance is kinda bleak right now

-Only bishops attacks can stun clockworks. It's too easy now to kil a whole groups with a morning star, a well aimed shot giving you a window to attack would be a better solution.

-Allow befriended clockworks to stop following a player and stay where they are (they would either rest or hang around the place they were last standing) since there's no time limit currently and they are permanent followers there should be an option to leave them at base.

-Limit the number of befriended clockworks a player can have at a time (either five of each type per player or just 5 max)

-Allow players to put hats/armor on befriended knighs (i don't think anyone would unironically give them football helmets but it would funny to have a bunch of them jump after you in a tophats)

-clockworks flee when severely wounded like Bunnyman (only the non-damaged ones) this doesn't really do much but it would add a bit of charm to them

-Clockworks that were gotten by fixing a broken pile have boosted stats (since they are now neutral to the player) there should be some incentive to spend 3 gears on them +1 if you want to tame them

why would u suggest limiting their number , looks like ppl couldhv fun with that lets remove it ?

Why not? There are people who like a more balanced game where every item and mechanic is important.
You ignore the opinions of others. If someone is having fun, then the other is not.

In a normal situation, the game should have had a hard mod or something like that for a long time without such fancy stuff.

I would say that fixing enemies and strengthening the camp of mechanical pieces are really bad things ...
As if we were in MOBA or DIABLO, where the imba will be weakened after 2 weeks and there will be changes in builds and strategies ...
And in the case of DST now pigs, bunny's and lobsters will become completely uninteresting because of chess...

I don't see the point in limiting the number. Let people have fun making a giant robot army.

I do like the buff idea for pile repaired clockworks, because I dont see any reason to spend 3x as many gears on a clockwork I don't get to even pick what kind I get.
